welcome and thanks for stopping by...

Hello stranger, I'm Christina!

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. After my college graduation, I moved to Honolulu to be closer to my husband for his work. After three years in Honolulu, we made our way to San Diego.

I have dabbled in various genres of photography and found that I am passionate about nature and sports photography. After our recent move, my husband revived his old breakdancing channel, BI285 (BboysInside285). We travel to local and across the country jams to film and take photos of the competitors and the competition.

Outside of photography, I enjoy a good horror film or true crime tv series. I'm an avid college football fan and there's only one team I root for and that's the Georgia Bulldogs! Go Dawgs! Every now and then, I enjoy a good book and play computer games.

Currently, I'm also self-teaching myself the ins and outs of UX/UI design, blackletter calligraphy, and making digital artwork. You can check it out on my design website linked in the navigation bar.

Why the name Hanh Me The Photos?

The origin of my photography name comes from my original name, Mỹ Hạnh. After escaping Vietnam, my parents chose my name to represent finding happiness and peace in America. However, my teachers had a hard time pronouncing it correctly, so I only went by my Vietnamese name until the age of seven. Frustrated, my parents legally changed it to Christina. In a way, my parents thought this was the best route for me to assimilate with my American classmates. After creating my photography page, I thought this would be a creative way of reclaiming my name.
